New Promotional Vendor Contracts

Procurement Services recently awarded contracts for twenty-five new suppliers of licensed promotional items. The new listing is available on the Procurement Services website after logging in at the top right using your linkblue ID and password. From there navigate to the Frequent Commodities section and select Promotional Items. Departments may make purchases of promotional items from any of the contracted suppliers using their departmental procurement card or SRM free text shopping cart.

All suppliers are full-service promotional providers and received contracts through a competitive process based on best value goods and services. Use of the contracted suppliers ensures that Fermata licensing requirements are maintained, trademarked logos and graphics are used properly, and the University is protected through contractors’ liability insurance in the event that someone is harmed using their products.
