Furniture contracts for the University are based on the manufacturer line. Local contract dealers service the University's needs and are listed below. All furniture contracts include discounts from list pricing (most are 30% to 70% off list) and pricing usually includes delivery and installation. Although each website reflects available items, pricing specific to the University is available via a local dealer. Each dealer also provides additional services including design, on-site consultation as needed, and installation. Contract furniture items automatically meet flammability ratings as required by the University Fire Marshal.

Steelcase and Hon (if purchasing from OfficeMax) products are purchased via SRM e-catalogs. Hon products are available for purchase from within the same e-catalog as office supplies. Select Steelcase products can be customized and ordered via SRM e-catalog; customized Steelcase orders for larger, more complex purchases can be added to a Shopping Cart from within the e-catalog using the quote-to-cart feature.
Purchases from other contracts can be made via procurement card if less than $5000 total order value. For orders >$5000, enter a Free Text Shopping Cart and attach the quote.
