All CPMD and Facilities areas should send all construction bidding requests to cckprojects@uky.edu. The following documents need to be submitted with every project sent to the Capital Construction Procurement Office for bid.
- Transmittal to Bid – This document answers most questions needed to complete a bid package and will greatly reduce the number of questions asked by our office. We understand not all requested fields will be applicable/available at the time of the bid, but please complete as much as possible.
- Special Conditions – This document is project specific and must be updated with each project. For Article 41 Insurance, be sure to send this section to Bart Miller jbmill4@email.uky.edu in UK Risk Management to update.
- Project Specifications
- Project Drawings
- Med Center Project Manual, if applicable
**Additionally, if you would like any specific unit prices, subcontractor trades, or materials/equipment disclosed by the bidders with their bid, please let us know so we can list them on the Form of Proposal.
